iWitness Intel conducts witness background investigations and litigation-support research for Wisconsin law firms — documented, sourced, and built to survive cross-examination.
Every engagement is scoped with the referring attorney before work begins, and every finding is sourced so it can be defended, not just cited.
Know who's testifying before they take the stand. Employment history, prior statements, litigation history, and credibility indicators — verified against primary sources, not assumed from a database hit.

LEARN MORE →iWitness Intel was founded on a simple premise: the findings you present should withstand the same scrutiny you would bring to opposing counsel's evidence. Before founding the firm, Mike Fitzpatrick spent 28 years in law enforcement, including 14 years in mobile device forensics and OSINT investigations — Cellebrite Certified, with hands-on use of Magnet Forensics tools. In tandem with that work, he coordinated Outagamie County's Child Abduction Response Team, served as a Task Force Officer with the Wisconsin DOJ's ICAC Task Force, served as a task force investigator with the FBI's Cold Case Task Force, and served as case lead in solving a 1988 cold case homicide. That's our standard: efficient, defensible, well documented findings under real scrutiny.
